Hello there!
I am Lilla, a Budapest based illustrator, recently graduated from Children Book's Illustration MA at Cambridge School of Art.
I was born in 1990 in Hungary. After studying competitive Maths, obtaining an MSc in Architecture, running a small graphic studio with a friend, I have finally realized that I want to be an illustrator, which could have been an obvious career path given that I always had a passion for vivid colors, drawing and literature.
Five books with my drawings have been published since. My first authorial picturebook ‘Things I remember’ is out now!
In 2019 I received the award of " The Best Up and Coming Illustrator" (Budapest Illustration Festival), and 2020 I was selected for the “Illustrator of the Year Award ”(Hungary).
